“[S]ubstantial irregularities, improprieties, and fraud” in Nevada’s 2020 general election.

Democrat officials in Nevada sent massive amounts of unsolicited mail-in ballots resulting in an “overwhelming number of voters” receiving multiple ballots

Clark County officials “unilaterally decided” to use a Agilis ballot sorting machine to conduct signature verifications without scientific testing, and despite warnings “not to use signature verification machines.”

The signature verification machines used are less regulated than gambling machines in the state.

Clark Co. used Agilis machines to entirely replace signature verification

For over 130,000 ballots they used low quality images from DMV that are *incompatible* w/ the machine

Manufacturer advises against these low quality images if you want machine “to operate properly”

“Not surprisingly, the Agilis machine performed erratically...”

Nevada election law requires human verification of signatures on ballots “in every instance.”

Officials lowered the tolerance for signature checks, but still got a rejection rate of 70% on the Agilis machines.

The 30% were NEVER checked by a human, contrary to NV law.

And the 70%?

They were inspected by officials, who then acted to “push the votes through.”

Of the 70% of ballots rejected by the Agilis machine, officials counted 69%, ONLY 1% ultimately were rejected.

Ballots approved “so long as at least one letter” matched.

Evidence will show ballot rejection rate for signature mismatch is “well in excess of 1%.”

Officials pressured in Clark County to “count ballots that presented problems and irregularities.”

“No less than” 15,000 illegal votes from voters “known to have voted in other states.”

“No less than” 1,000 illegal votes from non-residents.

“No less than” 500 illegal votes from deceased individuals.

“No less than” 500 illegal mail-in ballots completed at polling places

USPS letter carriers directed to violate policy to deliver ballots to addresses of known deceased individuals.

Officials “refused to grant meaningful observation” of counting mail-in ballots, in violation of Nevada law.

Poll watchers “were constantly denied the ability to meaningfully observe operations,” “obstructed” and confined to spaces “too far away.”

Illegal voting drives offered gift cards, gas cards, t-shirts, raffle tickets in exchange for votes.

Organizers drove Biden-Harris vans and “openly encouraged people to vote for Joseph Biden.”

“[E]vidence will show that the nature and scale of that fraud and abuse renders the purported results of the Nevada election illegitimate.”

Evidence of 40,000 or more illegitimate ballots for Biden
