The ancient Egyptians were all black, Or I Should Say black according to 20th century scientific definition of black, and not people's arbitrary opinions or explanations, identity politics, etc.
The ancient Egyptians were indigenous to Africa, and the Nile valley, and there is no archaeological evidence that supports they came from the Mediterranean or the near east. They were Africans culturally, linguistically, and biologically.
In the 20th century, an Italian Anthropologist named Guiseppe Sergi published his book titled “The Mediterranean Race.” It was merely a scientific explanation for the origin of the European race.
Sergi’s claim was the in Africa there was a group known as the Hamites, they were divided into two main branches, the northwestern and eastern containing several sub-Saharan African ethnic groups.
Eastern Branch; Maasai, Watusi, Nubian, Somali, Afar(Danakil), Galla(Oromo), Beja, Abyssinian(Agaw, Amharic, and Tigre), Copts, and Fellahin.

North western Branch; Toubou(Tebu), Felbu(Woodabe), Berber(Tuareg),and Guanches.
If you look up the ethnic groups in each branch, both the northwest and eastern branches, you will notice that the overwhelming majority of ethnic groups in both lists are racially Negroid. With the exception of some Berber tribes, Fellahin, and the Copts.
Modern Copts & Egyptians vs Ancient Egyptians and sub-Saharan Africans

The idea that ancient Egyptians mysteriously disappeared off the face of the planet is a completely fictitious idea.
Genes are literally passed on from one generation to the next, inheriting the genes of parents, grandparents, and ancient ancestors-certain faces of the past would literally resurface in the posterity of tomorrow.
I myself am living proof of that, resembling my great grandfather in appearance, but neither my biological mother and father. To put it simply, Coptic Christians who aren’t even a race(one can not inherit being a Copt), do not resemble ancient Egyptians from bygone days.

Using Photographic and Artistic comparison, It Is obvious The ancient Egyptians were Negroid, Not Caucausoid, Culturally, linguistically, and biologically speaking. They, therefore, could not have belonged to the Caucasoid race, We Can Thank E.A.Wallis Budge.

Ancient Egypt

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Image
Ancient Egypt was a civilization of ancient North Africa, concentrated along the lower reaches of the Nile River, situated in the place that is now the country Egypt.
Ancient Egyptian civilization followed prehistoric Egypt and coalesced around 3100 BC (according to conventional Egyptian chronology) with the political unification of Upper and Lower Egypt under Menes (often identified with Narmer).

To Study Ancient Egypt And Nile Valley history One must remove colonial borders and look at the bigger picture, Cause Back Then borders like Egypt" or Sudan" didn't exist.
For example, the Oromos could be pre-dynastic since They have a Kushitic calendar for religious and seasonal purposes in the 6414th year, It basically an ancient Egyptian Lunar calendar but it's almost 200yrs older than the Egyptian one, Which is why people say Kush is older,
Yet they don't realize, it will also explain Afro "Asiatic" speakers presence in that region before Nilo tribes came. If you search up the Oromo calendar, you'll find results for astronomical pillars in Kenya that are dated to 300BC,

When every learned person know that the Nile River in all its expanse is nowhere near West Asia. Rather the source and the end of the Nile River is exclusively in Africa.
These people peddle the false idea that the Nile Valley was empty and people from West Asia left their lush lands and settled in the middle of the Sahara in North East Africa to form ancient Egypt.
But yet they fail to provide any archeological cultural technocomplexes throughout the Paleolithic, Mesolithic, and Neolithic periods to validate such migration.

Ancient Egyptian mummy genomes suggest an increase of Sub-Saharan African ancestry in post-Roman periods

Abstract

Egypt, located on the isthmus of Africa, is an ideal region to study historical population dynamics due to its geographic location and documented interactions with ancient civilizations in Africa, Asia, and Europe
Particularly, in the first millennium, BCE Egypt endured foreign domination leading to growing numbers of foreigners living within its borders possibly contributing genetically to the local population.

A Guy Named Tom, His Opinion In Egypt
¨For most of the existence of modern humans the Sahara was a desert and few people lived there. The portion of the Nile Valley that is now in Egypt was pretty much isolated due to the desert and the swamps south of that area, so it is not likely many people lived there.
Looking at the geography and remembering that long sea travel is relatively new, it seems to me that, while some people may have come across the Sinai, most came from south of the Sahara.
