Dear Reviewer 2, we have modified our analysis to present our data based on *Last* author's name (because you asked, #hierarchy). We must report we have gone from being BS to SB.

Dear Reviewer 3286, we used 1st author because it was the easiest to do in the 5-minutes we expected to dedicate to this study. We didn't normalize the data based on population, but apparently that was already done in the 90s (and guess where it was published?).
