Subject: - Advice to Ministry of Home Affairs to Expedite recognition of Art 26 Right to Protect of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Ruler Deity

We humbly request Your Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn to do the needful as per Dharma

OM VASHAT KARAYA NAMAHA 🙏

To secure protection of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Ruler Deity (embodiment of Dharma) we need to follow Dharma by reversing wrong conclusion in Sabarimala judgement that Hindu Deities have no constitutional rights the dharmik message of July 18th letter.

Followers of Hindu Religious denomination have fundamental right u Art 26 to secure protection of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Ruler Deity from Covid as was secured during 1918 Spanish Flu successfully.
If Judiciary has created an obstacle 👆 the Executive is duty bound to remove.
The Executive is duty bound to correct the wrong conclusion in Sabarimala judgement about Deity Rights because it failed in constitutional duty to tell the Court truth about the agreement with Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Ruler Deity and the bar u Art 363.
If both the Judiciary and the Executive refuse to correct the violation of Dharma which becomes an obstacle for securing protection of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Ruler Deity under Art 26 it amounts to loss of a key fundamental right of followers of Hindu Religious denomination.
His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn has been approached again in His capacity as rep of Nation's Dharma and the protector of fundamental rights of followers of Hindu Religious denomination who have a fundamental right to secure protection of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy from Covid.
As noted in above letter to His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn it is worrisome to see Covid recovery initiated by dharmik action of ref to MHA be slowly reversed because of delay. Let us chant OM Vashat Karaya Namaha 🙏 for success of the above initiative.

We request Religious & Social organizations, eminent devotees, devout MPs who supported Chilkur Balaji Art 26 #DeityRightsMovement thru letters of support to His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn to go thru this thread

The above observation of SC in Sabarimala judgement Deity does not have constitutional rights by SC is in violation of Art 363 Dharma (Constitutional Morality) as Art 26 Ruler Deity rights are arising from the same act of donation of Kingdom of Marthanda Varma for below reasons. Image
SC Nine Judge bench by rejecting Deity petition and also not including issue of Constitutional rights of Hindu Deities in the questions framed arising out of Sabarimala judgement has foreclosed any judicial remedy to correct adharmic Sabarimala conclusion.

The pious purpose of Ruler Deity incarnation is to protect us frm external threats like Covid by making us follow Dharma. The SC was approached by Ruler Deity against Sabarimala judgement with this pious purpose on Feb 10th but unfortunately Court rejected
Post SC Nine Judge Bench rejection of Deity petition on Feb 10th against principles of Dharma bench has not had meaningful sitting for past 9 months with current Covid situation unlikely to sit.

After above letter to His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn seeking his help to expedite delivery of judgement by effect OM Vashat Karaya Namaha Chant with which the letter ended miraculously long delayed SC judgement in Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Temple case was delivered on July 13
On July 18th historic letter reclaiming Art 26 rights of Lord Shri Padmanabha Swamy Ruler Deity based on findings of fact in July 13th SC judgement was sent to His Excellency @rashtrapatibhvn to remove obstacle of SC Sabarimala Judgement and reclaim our Ruler Deity's protection.
