This week the Senate confirmed Kathryn Kimball Mizelle to be the youngest and the LEAST qualified federal judge ever.

The soon-to-be judge is arguably one of Trump’s least accomplished picks, and we're here to tell you why.

Despite Mizelle finishing law school EIGHT years ago, the 33-yr-old hasn’t managed to practice much law. 🤔

According to @ABAesq, she's never even tried a case. Not civil or criminal, not as lead or co-counsel.

You may be wondering: Does she have ANY trial experience? 🤷‍♀️

Yeah, about that. Mizelle’s ONLY trial experience was when she was in law school, when a law professor was supervising her. 👀

So what DID Mizelle do that made her such an attractive judicial candidate?

You know, the usual in the Trump era: clerk for conservative judges and justices, join the Federalist Society, and be a conservative Christian. 👌

But hey! She does have experience as a clerk!
Notably, she clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas in the 2018-2019 Supreme Court term.

She said her work as a clerk is “to glorify Christ” if that makes any sense to you...?

And if this all wasn't enough to raise your brows, here are some quick fun facts:

✅ She's a member of the conservative Federalist Society

✅ Her husband is an ally of noted white supremacist Stephen Miller

✅ She called Justice Thomas “the greatest living American”

So yea! Mizelle is part of the new judicial norm under Trump. Are we really surprised? Nope.

It’s a world where legal expertise doesn’t matter—only fealty to conservative aims. For that, she’ll be perfect. 🤗
