Vaccines work and have been around for a fair amount of time 2/6 
One issue is that getting global vaccination coverage is hard 3/6
Increasing vaccination rates will undoubtedly save lives 4/6
But poverty, malnutrition and exposure to air pollution..etc also contribute, and vaccination doesn’t address those 5/6
We have vaccines that seem to work for COVID-19, but that does not mean the problem is solved. The vaccines need to get to ALL who need them, we need to address the socioeconomic determinants of health, & we need effective treatment. Nothing about this is simple, but we can do it
