2) In nature.com/articles/s4158… Jayakodi et al analyze 20 + 300 barley varieties, including the reference Morex, to find presence-absence and inversions in the context of breeding.
3) In academic.oup.com/genetics/advan… Noshay et al study the effect of tranposon element polymorphisms on gene expression in maize, finding that genes with TE events in accessible chromatine regions are associated with higher expression, suggesting that these TEs contribute novel CREs

5) Finally, Brinton et al publish in nature.com/articles/s4200… their code and visualization of haplotypes in the context of #pangenomes.
