BREAKING: Third Circuit court of appeals rejects appeal of Trump campaign lawsuit in Pennsylvania.

“The campaign’s claims have no merit.”
"Voters, not lawyers, choose the President. Ballots, not briefs, decide elections."
IMPORTANT: The judge issuing this absolute thrashing of the Trump campaign was appointed by ... Donald Trump.

NEW: Trump-appointed judge thrashes Trump campaign's Pennsylvania lawsuit.

The all-GOP-appointee panel said the campaign's claims had "no merit." Just a brutal opinion, in a string of brutal opinions.

NOTE: The judges on this panel were all GOP appointees, including a Trump appointee writing the opinion. The campaign didn't allege fraud in the lawsuit or in oral arguments. Other that, this response makes total sense:

@ZachMontellaro The Michigan board of canvassers is meeting now, and a former state elections chief is making clear that
the board has no option but to certify. Their only job is to verify that they have received the complete, certified results from counties.

@ZachMontellaro It appears that Michigan is headed for certification. A GOP board member, Aaron Van Langevelde, indicates he believes the board is essentially ministerial and has no role investigating fraud.

"We don’t have authority to conduct a trial on whether election fraud occurred."

BREAKING: Judge in Pennsylvania tosses Trump campaign lawsuit, says they have presented no compelling evidence of fraud or mismanagement.

The ruling is just a wholesale evisceration of the Trump legal team's argument and even their competence. He indicates that they misunderstood basic legal tenets and are seeking remedies — like tossing hundreds of thousands of votes — that don't remotely match the complaint.

Election officials in Arizona's largest county, Maricopa, are meeting to certify their elecftion results and it's very clear they're going to vote to approve the count and are rejecting any allegations of fraud.

This is a GOP-controlled board and they've methodically swept aside — in great detail — a wide range of fraud claims, including those pertaining to Dominion voting machines.
The board of supervisors of MARICOPA COUNTY, Arizona's largest, has unanimously certified its election results.
