Funny you should mention it.

I am the President of the Pennsylvania Senate and its presiding officer.
If certification for every state race is blocked because of a PAGOP Commonwealth Court lawsuit, and with ALL of the rampant (yet unproven fraud 😆) December 1st, 25 seats in the PA Senate will technically be vacant.

Can someone check my math?

So, the nice people on twitter are telling me it’s 25 senate seats.

So, if they’re vacant because of the PAGOP lawsuit, does that mean I’ll need to issue 25 new election writs? Including ones that are behind this mic drop 😆 resolution?

I 💯 wholeheartedly agree with the endgame threat to take it to SCOTUS.

Every PA lawsuit hasn’t only been dismissed with prejudice, it’s been unanimous: conservative justices, to Trump appointed judges.

If it weren’t for scathing court rebukes, they’d have no rulings at all.

Again, NO significant issues reported with any county, any system, involving any fraud whatsoever.

PAGOP allege fraud from a bill they voted for *unanimously*, allege cheating in a voting system that 12/14 counties using it went for Trump, a system the two biggest democratic counties *don’t* even use.

4 weeks later can’t produce a *single documented case* of voter fraud.

This isn’t even remotely close to a relevant majority.

Furthermore. the Pennsylvania Legislature’s term expires on Monday because of other PAGOP litigation.

Other than that.
Another way to put it, less than 1/3 of PAGOP members of our legislature support this snake-handling, carnival barking, performance art.
👉 It also MUST be said again, every last one of these legislators that’s part of this “resolution” VOTED FOR MAIL IN BALLOTS (Act 77)

The so called “mic-drop” case in Commonwealth Court blocks the certification of the PAGOP’s *own* races.

The term expires on Monday, the 30th.

This mean we wouldn’t have a Legistature to vote on their other “mic drop”: a resolution going nowhere fast.

This would be the ideal thread to post **proof** of voter fraud.

Every court LAUGHS at their lawsuits.

Not even one remotely reputable news source entertains even a germ of these lunatic fringe theories.

By Monday, our legislative term expires, because their election results haven’t been certified-because of a GOP lawsuit - they couldn’t vote on this even if they were able to.
