We need to look at this tweet again. What is really going on here?
Tax prep firm said it has clients from 129 countries who "mistakenly" received stimulus checks, including Brazil, Canada, China, India, Nigeria & South Korea. Foreign workers file incorrect tax returns that make them appear to be US residents. Why you ask?

Philadelphia's contract for voting machines was with ES & S AND a company called KNOWiNK.

Very little is known about KNOWiNK, other that it's from St Louis & has a subsidiary called Election Administrators, LLC, who just happened to get a patent 02/10/15 for a personal ID scanning tool & Method of Using Same. Inventor's name was Martin White.

The same man is a CEO of a hair salon in St. Louis, and was also the President of a tech company from the UK.

This is an intriguing tweet.
I started wondering about her connection to the IC, and I found her boyfriend. Look at his employment history. 2010-2011 he worked for a private security firm that competed with Blackwater.
Next, he moved on to AECOM.
