"I hope that the government and Parliament provide the conditions to ensure the isolation of infected people, including in a more restrictive way. A real democratic debate must be held," he said Tuesday during his speech.

...with individual administrative decision notified to positive people for a period of 14 days, to contact cases for a period of 7 days, accompanied by random checks at home.
"We are tabling a bill on massive screening, support / isolation of positive people and contact cases and a system of compensation and penalties," said Olivier Becht, the group's president.
Article 3 of this text : "making compulsory the isolation of positive people or those defined as contact cases" and "sanctioning non-compliance". It is notably a question of introducing a fine of 1,500 euros in the event of non-compliance with these obligations.
