1. Thomas Ingleby is the Director of the Center for Health Security at John Hopkins. You may know him from the infamous Event 201

In April he advocated masks and social distancing etc on Fox news:
2. Thomas Ingelsby's statements directly contradict his academic research from 2006
citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/viewdoc/downlo…
There he argued against masks outside of clinical settings, against social distancing and against home quarantine.

What changed? Chinese/WEF influence?
3.John Hopkins are also behind the famous covid19 dashboard: COVID-19 Map - Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center (jhu.edu) the worldwide source for covid fatality data. Who developed and maintains the dashboard?
4.There is a person who calls himself Ensheng Dong. This is his LinkedIn profile:

linkedin.com/in/enshengdong/

He is listing "Chinese" as his native language.

When you scroll down to "Accomplishments" and expand "Honors & Awards", you'll find this:
5.Chongqing City is in the heart of China. The Beijing prize indicates that he's from mainland China. In 2011 he got a BSc in geography from Southwest University in Chongqing, and was named an "Outstanding Graduate". In the same year he received a scholarship from the CCP.
6. The following year, despite receiving the scholarship, he relocated to the US and continued to get his MSc in geography and statistics at the University of Idaho and then signed up for a PhD at John Hopkins.
7. In December 2014 Ensheng Dong created a GitHub account:github.com/enshengdong

In November 2015, Ensheng Dong created a clone of the PyDemic repository into his own account: github.com/enshengdong/Py…
8.Johns Hopkins University (JHU) Professor Lauren Gardner built the dashboard with Ensheng Dong. He is included in the summary paper here as an author:
europepmc.org/article/PMC/71…
9. At some point in March the same JHU data was everywhere, and their case count was always higher than official numbers for every single country. Not only had they built a dashboard that was able to sustain Gbits/s of network requests from across the globe
10 ….., but they also offered web APIs so that every newspaper could fetch the latest data straight from JHU - and they did.
11. How come when most countries in March had travel restrictions, JHU was cited as the source of the latest fatality numbers for every country outside the US when, physically, no scientist from JHU could enter Europe or remote Pacific islands, to research the fatality count?
12.Or maybe the reason that JHU had those numbers is much simpler. This is a workbook from Ensheng Dong, dated January 29th, 2020, simulating infections:

github.com/enshengdong/co…
13 And this is a repository from Ensheng Dong where he stores case counts:
github.com/enshengdong/20…

This is a commit from February 4th:

github.com/enshengdong/20…

Cases from across the globe. Where did this "researcher and scientist" from JHU get the case count from?
14 The fact that the raw data is, supposedly, in a public repository is unknown to most of the public. And here it is: github.com/CSSEGISandData…
15 This is the oldest entry:

github.com/CSSEGISandData…

That entry February 4th is identical to the commit by Ensheng Dong, same day.

github.com/enshengdong/20…

Did he just copy the raw data from his personal account?
16 There are also updates like this one:
github.com/CSSEGISandData…

from Ryan Lau:

github.com/Ryllau

and from Hongru Du:

github.com/CSSEGISandData…
17 On the dashboard you'll see that numbers are constantly increasing within a few minutes. While it is claimed the dashboard is fetched from the above GitHub repository, the repository does not change that often - in fact, on many days there is a single update of raw data.
18 And yet, the numbers on the dashboard, which is supposed to be driven by data in the repository, rise and rise, decoupled from actual updates to the repository.
19 The repository also has a public issue tracker:

github.com/CSSEGISandData…

Let's take this ticket from February 12th where updating is clearly being done manually and with errors :

github.com/CSSEGISandData…
20 Australian data being wrong:

github.com/CSSEGISandData…
21 A user noticed the "real-time" dashboard is showing a significantly higher count for the US than the repository even though JHU already claimed that the dashboard is fetching its data from GitHub, and in turn is fetched from official CDC data:
github.com/CSSEGISandData…
22 Their FAQ says: "..data sources include the World Health Organization, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, ......., and the DXY, one of the world’s largest online communities for physicians, health care professionals, pharmacies and facilities."
23 Who are DXY? The DXY website is described by Lauren Gardner's team as follows:

" one of the world’s largest online communities for physicians, health care professionals, pharmacies and facilities". Is it?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DXY.cn

DXY is virtually unknown outside of China
24 How would anyone at DXY have up-to-date numbers for, say, Portugal? Or Belize? Or Argentina? Numbers that are supposedly more accurate than the official figures from those countries' governments?
25 Ensheng Dong and Hongru Du (and possibly Ryan Lau) are Chinese patriots:

github.com/CSSEGISandData…

Example from March 11th:

github.com/CSSEGISandData…

Or this:
