🚨 THREAD: Over the holiday, the @AP reported that #BigMoney20 Senator David Perdue made a "stunning" financial gain by selling off MILLIONS in Cardlytics stock right before the company's value plummeted…
1/20
…Senator Perdue, a former Board Member at Cardlytics, then went on to buy back Cardlytics stock after an "unexpected leadership shakeup."
That shakeup may have been unexpected for everyone else, but it sure seems fishy that Senator Perdue was able to anticipate it.

👎 Let's be crystal clear. This is just another example of Senator David Perdue's seemingly endless corruption.

📢 "David Perdue represents everything people hate about the culture of corruption in Washington. His stock trading scandals are quickly becoming his signature issue in the Senate." — @StopBigMoney/@letamericavote President @Tiffany_Muller

👀 This isn't the first time Senator Perdue has been embroiled in a corruption scandal.
In fact, looking at his record, it appears Senator David Perdue is a the personification of a corruption scandal.

📰 @AP: Ga. Sen. Perdue boosts wealth with well-timed stock trades
👉 Here's the deal: Senator David Perdue is corrupt and unfit for office. He could be using his position as a U.S. Senator to help Georgians, especially in the midst of a global pandemic.
Instead, he uses his position to enrich himself. His self-serving needs to end.

🍑 Luckily, Georgians have a better option. On January 5, Georgians can vote for Reform Champions Jon @ossoff. Jon rejects all corporate PAC money. He is running to represent the PEOPLE of Georgia, not corporate special interests.
➡️ @StopBigMoney is proud to have endorsed Jon's campaign. If you want to help him send corrupt David Perdue packing, you can sign up to volunteer here: mobilize.us/electjon/event….
Together, we can flip this seat and make sure Georgians have a Senator looking out for them!

We joined our partners on a letter to the presidential candidates calling on them to make sure reform is a top priority on their campaigns. What's in it? Six big steps:
1/8
1. Expand the right to vote and make it an easier, more inclusive process.
2/8
2. The executive and legislative branches must operate under stronger, more enforceable ethics laws.
