The way I see it is if you have loans from pre DR, 2010 and earlier, and haven't already settled, this could be your only chance to end this fiasco. Because if Hoey wins=the Taxpayer owes nothing to HMRC! The case has already been heard in the UT....

2)..and has already been funded to this point by a bunch of people like myself who have contributed through the litigation Association. So this case has ALREADY been funded through the FTT and UT. The current request for more funds is to help continue funding the case1) if Hoey..

3)...wins to fund the inevitable HMRC appeal or 2) if Hoey loses he has already said he is also keen to appeal. Although the judgement has not yet been published the Hoey legal team involved were quietly optimistic of a good result.....

4) if the team runs out of funding HMRC's appeal could go unchallenged leading to follower motices and forced payment of any or all of those effected and that these arguments effect outside of Hoey's scheme involvement. ....

5)... So a lot of you/us are battle weary, have put funds elsewhere that haven't achieved anything yet or may have been a full blown scam. But this is s serious shot. Some of you appear to have an axe to grind with Matt Hall for one reason or another...

6) whatever it is it's time to put your personal differences aside. I've been part of a group getting advice from Matt for several years now and I've found him always to be straight up about tax law and also our chances of success. Ok often he's a bit pessimistic but at least...

7)...he's never offered any promises of wins and that unicorns exist or however you want to out it. I have faith in the fact all the info related to this case he's given is straight, no bullshit. He's just never offered some fantasy magical cure that we all want like others....

8) have tried. I too had some hope reading PM's tweets that maybe he was on to something, he was certainly full of bravado. I even contributed elsewhere, not thinking it would help me but help others. For me this Hoey case is like the end game...a lot of you out there are...

9) ...probably in the same position. It would be a shame to see Hoey win against HMRC in the UT then not have funding to fight their inevitable appeal with their endless pit of other people's money. Personally I've put in a fair amount of money to this, made worse by my....

10) ...currency being worth roughly half of yours. And at first I was wondering if I was throwing good money after bad. But tbh I had no other choice. And now there is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. It's not over yet but I'm more hopeful that I have been in thepast

11) so stop all your sniping online. Put your personal differences aside. Maybe you find Matt's social media runs you up the wrong way or something. Or maybe being burnt by other people eg PM has left a bad taste in your mouth. Maybe you've read too much on the CUK forums...

12)...But from experience I believe Matt @ArmadilloSupprt is a man with integrity. I have yet to see anything that shows otherwise regardless of what others think or because of his historical involvement in tax schemes.

13)...We don't all have to like each other to be working towards a common goal. Plus the man is now working on this for free. Most would gave walked away. So get amongst it, contribute a few hundred to save yourself tens of thousands. This could be your last chance
