A few thoughts about the State Farm Arena surveillance video from election night: (thread)
We need a lot more information. In my corruption investigations, I always keep in mind my own confirmation bias. "When all you've got is a hammer, everything looks like a nail."

The other viral video of a Dominion worker moving a USB stick from one computer to a laptop earlier this week led to a death threat against him. Why? The poll watchers' narration made the video look nefarious. It wasn't 'treason.' It was a normal process in open view.

Trump campaign reps similarly narrate the State Farm Arena video, seeing what they were looking for. "There could be 6,000 votes in that suitcase! They were counting votes without no one watching!" It turns out the guy in the blue shirt was a monitor from the Sec of State.

We don't know if the video shows counting. "He pulled a suitcase of ballots from under the table!" We don't know what was in the case. Do I want answers & more info? Absolutely. But be cautious relying on subjective analyses from those who have a stake in the outcome.

I am keeping an open mind. But we don't start investigations with a conclusion ("election fraud!") and then go looking for evidence. We start by collecting evidence & draw conclusions at the end. Saying "ah ha!" at this video now means you started with confirmation bias.

"It. Has. All. Gone. Too. Far," says @GabrielSterling with Georgia Sec of State after a Dominion tech's life was threatened with a noose. "Mr. President, you have not condemned these actions or this language....all of you who have not said a damn word are complicit in this."
Trump Legal Team responds: "With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined..."

"... We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ..."

"The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth. Nonetheless, we will continue our pursuit of the truth through the judicial system and state legislatures, and continue toward the Constitution’s mandate.."

Here's one of the 'Kraken' affidavits in Georgia, from an unnamed foreigner "of sound mine" who quotes another unnamed foreigner. I don't have a JD, but even in journalism this would be called unattributed hearsay.
The rest of the affidavit goes on to describe in exquisite detail how a company called Smartmatic helped Hugo Chavez steal elections. What is missing from it is any connection to Dominion. The two companies were competitors for the Georgia contract.
Georgia recount update:
Secretary of State says nearly 50 counties are complete. Largest county outstanding is Fulton where they’re still having problems.
Fulton is running only 8 of 17 high-speed scanners because of staffing issues. Secretary of State says “we’re tired of waiting on Fulton and their dysfunction.”
.@GabrielSterling says paper based voting system — new for Georgia — proves the election was secure. He said “they keep moving the goal posts.,” adding “to continually have it questioned in ways that are not specific...we don’t like the outcome, therefore you should investigate.”
Fulton County statement:
"Fulton County is continuing the recount of the Nov. 3 Presidential Election and will complete the recount by the deadline provided by the Secretary of State’s Office..."

"...Over the weekend work was delayed due to the crash of a Dominion server that was certified by the Secretary of State’s office. The server was set up by Dominion and operated in accordance with the Secretary of State’s published guidelines (Step 11)..."

"...A Dominion representative was onsite during the entire recount process and an additional specialist has been dispatched to resolve the issue. Recount teams will leave at 5 p.m..."

Federal judge rejected key argument by the president's allies in Georgia, that the "signature match so overwhelmed ballot clerks that the rate of rejection plummeted and, ergo, invalid ballots were passed over and counted. This argument is belied by the record..."

"The percentage of absentee ballots rejected for missing or mismatched information and signature is the exact same for the 2018 election and the General
Election (.15%)" Judge Steven D. Grimberg wrote

In his denial of the Temporary Restraining Order, the Trump-appointed judge documented the multi-step process of signature matching in Georgia. The motion in Wood v. Raffensperger objected to more officials reviewing a questionable signature without legislature's approval. 3/4
