NEW: Minnesota Supreme Court denies Republican-led effort to stop certification of state's voting result in a petition that questioned the handling of absentee ballots. 
The high court ruled that the effort--on 11/24--to stop Minnesota's election certification was untimely given that the state set rules for handling absentee ballots more than two months earlier in September.
As @DemocracyDocket notes, the Trump campaign and its Republican allies are now 1-43 in post-election litigation.

The narrow issue here was a limited preservation order by Judge Timothy Batten telling officials in 3 Georgia counties not to reset their voting machines. Powell claims the machines contain evidence of fraud & wanted a MUCH broader order allowing full inspection of more machines.
