#StopTheLeftPurge 1. My suggestion (for what it's worth) for those accounts like @BenJolly9 who have been suspended by Twitter as the result of what appear to be spurious allegations ...
2. Interesting perhaps to note that in the words of William Shakespeare "The lady doth protest too much, methinks" is a line from the play Hamlet 👇
3. My advice would be for the person suspended to make a subject access request (SAR) to Twitter, for ALL and ANY information held on you. Details for how to make a SAR here: ico.org.uk/your-data-matt…
4. Now while 3rd party information may be redacted from the SAR response, there may be enough circumstantial information to point to the person/persons who've made the spurious allegations.
5. You should send the SAR to Twitter UK CEO .@DaraNasr (you can make a SAR by e mail or post. E mail/postal address details for Twitter here :-
6. Remember to mark your e mail/letter as SUBJECT ACCESS REQUEST PLEASE FORWARD TO THE DATA CONTROLLER WITHIN YOUR ORGANISATION
7.keep an eye on the tine limit for a response from Twitter ...
8. If Twitter fail to respond adequately or at all, you can complain to the Information Commissioners Office.

Day 2 #BackTo60 1. Eadie - DWP had a legitimate aim to equalise SPA so there was justification for doing so.
There may be an analysis of Indirect discrimination
2. Eadie says that increase was staggered. Talks about Intention of parliament to increase SPA which was discussed in 1991
3. Eadie - In 2011, statistics showed increase in life expectancy (does concede it has recently flattened)
@CarolC35237810@mazcrone I'll provide a brief summary of the afternoon session when it's concluded x x
@CarolC35237810@mazcrone 1. So Eadie for DWP says judicial review claim out of time; clock starts ticking from date legislation introduced. Mansfield for claimaints says no, clock starts ticking from date of knowledge of impact.
@CarolC35237810@mazcrone 2. Eadie says no discrimination (age) as age is inherently built into SPA by it's very definition.
1. Over-50s could be forced to pay £300 a year more in national insurance under senior Tory's plan independent.co.uk/news/uk/politi…
2. Ok let's test this crackpot theory out shall we?
How about young men under 25 who drive, paying more National Insurance as they're more likely to be involved in an accident thereby putting a strain on the NHS ..
