Very painful thread to write after that performance. But I have started on this journey so here we go. Both teams wanted poseession at start. We started in a 4-2-3-1 and they in a 4-3-1-2. Kibu did know that they were the better team. #YennumYellow #ISL 1/12

Our tactics was to press their midfielders and get the ball turned over. Attack on transition. Which almost beared fruit in the first 20 mins. Our defence seemed like there is always a mistake there wait to happen. Kone seems to be a this or that extreme performance guy. 2/12

Which is very bad for a defender. And with players like Ortiz and angulo if you give a sniff they will punish you. Both were excellent for Goa. Goa pressed our defence whenever we played out from back and was able to make it very difficult for us. #YennumYellow #ISL 3/12

I do think our midfield was good except Rohit Kumar who had a very bad game. Vicente had his best game in blasters shirt. He was really good in progressing the ball. He will look bad when the players around him are not on his wave length. #YennumYellow #ISL 4/12

Facundo and Rahul both were good too. Facundo can create chances but you need movement in front of him to do that. Which comes to Hooper who was really disappointing. I don't think I have seen anything from him to say he will come good. #YennumYellow #ISL 5/12

Have seen lot of messages about our midfield not being good. So he is starved of chances, which is entirely not true. I will bet anything I have that if Igor angulo played for blasters he will score goals. It's not midfield you need movement in front of you to do something. 6/12

Murray came on for last 30 mins did better than what Hooper has done in past 4 games. There was movement, linking up well and the goal came from one such break. It is telling that your DM has more chances to score than the striker. #YennumYellow #ISL 7/12

Kibu has to take some blame also. His tactics was spot on but he didn't put personal to execute that. Manager has to be ruthless. If hooper is not performing he has to identify and solve that. Also if Kone is inconsistent then that also has to be dealt with. #YennumYellow 8/12

Now two goals came from Albino mistake. First goal if he has stayed in the line it won't happen. The last one what can I say I don't even know if school boys will make that mistake. He gave us 1 point Vs Chennayin and gave 3 points to Goa. Again Kibu has to look into it. 9/12

I don't want to be too hard on our young Indian players. I warned you guys that it will be a very difficult season if the foreigners don't step up. And it seems few of the foreigners are not. Which is very hard for a young team like blasters. #YennumYellow 10/12

This shows what Cido is to blasters also. They need someone like that in the line up. The position doesn't matter. The workrate and passion does. My pick would be to get a striker in as a replacement for Cido. Play Murray on wings and go for a one foreigner defence. 11/12 #Isl

My expectations was 6th. But with the start North East and Hyderabad had even that looks very hard to achieve if we don't get our act together soon. However this doesn't mean sack all the coaches and SD etc.. Bcoz then it will be rinse and repeat. #YennumYellow 12/12
