✅ PAGOP voted unanimously.

✅ PAGOP BLOCKED amending until the ‘21 election.

This case is devoid of one authentic, good-faith argument, even under the most generous, pro-PAGOP lens + fully explains why this flaming hot mess gets shredded in every court it lands in.

👉 An election, finally + ironically cemented the PAGOP’s majority for the next 2 years.

Why this law you ask?

PAGOP was desperate to eliminate straight-party voting option in PA.

Explains why nearly every Allegheny + Philly member voted against it.

They believed it was a *major* strategic advantage for 2020, so they blocked from starting use in ‘21 vs ‘20.

Finally, PAGOP blocked *any* attempts to allow to simple, bureaucratic pre-canvassing. (Just opening ballots + flattening them) had they granted a 48-72hr window, PA’s results would have been reported election night. (Like Florida)

Then claim fraudulent “surge” voting.

For well over a month, I’ve challenged anyone to produce any evidence of voter fraud. And it’s still the same two, sad cases in Luzerne + Chester Counties voting for dead + living relatives.
