Something to keep in mind is that at least half of the claims made in this film regarding Russian attacks could easily be attributed to the CIA and swamp contractors

This Dominion contractor is confirming a theory I've previously pushed. All they needed was voter registration/ballot data and they could print thousands of Biden ballots (some would be duplicates needing further adjudication).

They could've done this weeks in advance.
This is what lead me to this theory. We heard about Scytl servers being tied in. The owners of Scytl (Paragon) are a global printing/mailing enterprise.

Of course this is just speculation as this could've been done through multiple avenues.

Indeed @politicalwilli's graph explains it quite well.

Except I think they likely had thousands of ballots already printed and stored off-site.

Nearly 40 years of the RNC being restricted from "ballot security activities" may have created a climate primed for democrat malfeasance.

With only a few months to restructure their efforts the RNC appears to have dropped the ball.

NIST makes recommendations to the EAC to certify Election Machines used in the US.

This finding by Ron BLOWS a massive hole in the argument that Dominion & Smartmatic are not connected.

It also shows our GOVT allowed this software to be used.
