There should be a Law proposed for those found guilty of converting women with "misrepresentation, force, undue influence, coercion, allurement or by any fraudulent means" in Violation of it the person should face jail term of 1 to 5 years & a min fine of Rs.15,000

If any victim of conversion is a minor, a woman from the scheduled caste or scheduled tribe, those who converted her as said above & found guilty would have to face a jail term from 3 to 10 year, with a fine of Rs.25,000

This Law on Unlawful Religious Conversion should also propose that a marriage will be declared null and void if the only intention of the same is to change a girl's religion.

Under that law, those who want to convert into another religion would have to give it in the writing to the District Magistrate with a prior notice of atleast two months in advance.
This would help tracking of those Brainwashed womens!

Government should also propose to cancel the registration of such social organisations (Evils) who are involved in conducting mass conversions with hidden interest!

Forced Conversions should become non-bailable offences to be tried by a first class magistrate court.
