DC numbers look unusual first Tuesday after the holiday. Catch-up report of 5 deaths but unusually low reproted testing total of 2,153 pops daily % positive up to 6.18%. Would not be surprised if this revises.

That closes November at 39 deaths with COVID. Highest since June.
