#FranklinTempleton investors - our primary objective should be to safeguard our investment and not punish FT. Litigations will and should continue. But trying to teach FT a lesson by voting NO is shooting ourselves in the foot!!! Fire sale will destroy our investment
#FranklinTempleton investors - FT is anyways under a scanner. They cannot escape if they are doing anything wrong. But if Funds re-open , no one can save us and we will be doomed by our own choices
#FranklinTempleton investors - I know that everyone that FT has cheated us by illegally winding funds, however the point is that if we reopen now - everyone will redeem and it will be a panic situation where everyone will loose. A better option is to let the funds wind up orderly
#FranklinTempleton - teaching FT a lesson by voting NO is like trying to light a fire in others house by picking up a hot coal. You will get burned too.
Please vote for YES to avoid a fire sale and protect our investment
#FranklinTempleton - SC is anyways watching Franklin , but if we ourselves let the funds re-open then no one can save us because no one know what discount will FT have to sell those bonds. They could even mark those at zero because no one would buy.
#FranklinTempleton - Our best bet is to get whatever money has matured and let the rest of it trickle in. The returns are anyways better than FD.
#FranklinTempleton I know that everyone is angry that FT has cheated us by illegally winding funds, however the point is that if we reopen now - everyone will redeem and it will be a panic situation where everyone will loose. A better option is to let the funds wind up orderly
#FranklinTempleton - Deepak Shenoy's analysis is that winding up is better
#FranklinTempleton - Subramoney's analysis also is that winding up is better
#FranklinTempleton investors - The only people who stand to gain from voting NO are lawyers who make money by making people fight
#FranklinTempleton - courts only tell what is legal and what is not. Justice and common sense are different than what is legal. Otherwise KHC would have asked FT to return all money to investors because its winding up was illegal
#FranklinTempleton - Even supreme court only did was was written in the rule book. They don't go by common sense or investor benefit or loss. Understand this!!!
#FranklinTempleton - Don't be under the false hope that SC will not allow fire-sale and all. There is no rule for SC to stop. However if we vote NO, Franklin can say that fire-sale has caused NAV to crash so this is what you get from your own decisions!!!
#FranklinTempleton - Investors seem to be divided into 2 camps 1) Vote YES to avoid a fire sale 2) Vote NO because @FTIIndia is a fraudster and has mismanaged funds
The people who are supporting the windup are worried because if funds open then predicting who will get what is impossible.
#FranklinTempleton - and that is True. When funds open we don't know how many investors have online access to redeem, how many will start redeeming, what algorithm does FT have to prioritize redemptions, what system errors will happen due to high traffic.

#FranklinTempleton litigations will continue and I want even more litigations on Franklin. But I will vote YES for winding up to save my money from fire-sale
