In sofar as Navarn Mantra & Siddh Kunjika strotam is considered i believe it should not be recited in form of Sadhna untill unless it is mandated for you by a Guru thru Dikhsa coz here u summon three Maha Shaktis & power of Chandi which is the most powerful form of Devi.
There are other strotams, naam mantras, kavach which can be done for reverence to Divine Mother then going for Tantra Kot Beej mantra or Siddh Kunjika strotam which is like packed tantra kot Beejas.
You should generally go for Naam Mantras, Strotams, chalisa or kavach for Deties than go for Beej mantras which are potent form of Nuclear Energy of a particular diety they represent.
In sum & substance Beej mantras only to be done with Guru Diksha not otherwise specially when its related to or filled with tantra beejas/syllables. An experiment here can prove costly coz body may not be able to bear that energy for which a guru can give u protection.
