Not only students are suffering, faculties are suffering too. They have to shield the management from the problems faced by students and if a student crosses the hierarchy, it's them who will take the scolding. What can a faculty do to fix the platform anyways.

I saw my faculties suffering enough already this semester. Most of 'em has zero help from univ. They have to get their own boards and markers. One of my faculties used to teach with one hand holding the phone to show the board and another writing. Very sad. #boycottcodetantra
Icing on the cake, she had to face over 500+ messages on the class group. She took the bullet of every wrong decision this univ has made. There were probably more like her. #boycottcodetantra
And now all of the facilities have been instructed to stop students' social media outrage and to give em false hopes. First they had to change their teaching practice, then they had to face network glitches every single day during classes and now this?

if you think "students just want to change the platform because they want to cheat" just think on ther side too. The proctors/invigilators are facing these technical bugs too. Today was day 1 of the exams and reactions has been pouring already. #boycottcodetantra
