Congratulations to Mikuláš Peksa (@vonpecka) reelected as Chairperson of the European Pirates! Mikuláš was elected in 2017 to the Czech Parliament. In 2019 he was elected to the European Parliament and works there on the issues of transparency, climate change, and digitization.

Congratulations to Katla Hólm Þórhildardóttir (@Katla_Holm) elected as Vice Chair! Katla is Deputy Member of Althing Iceland, political activist, universal feminist, a relentless advocate for a healthier democracy, and now working as one of the vice-chairs of the PPEU board. 💃

Congratulations to Florie Marie (@Florielvm) elected as Vice Chair! Florie has been a member of the Pirate Party of France since 2017 and was elected as a member of the board of PPEU last year. She wants to push the Pirate movement to come out of its traditional structure.

Congratulations to Alessandro Ciofini (@aciofini) elected as a board member! Alessandro is a member of Pirate Party of Italy, and also Treasurer of @PiratiIo who were just named as a new Observer Member! "I believe Pirates can make a change. Novelist for fun, Pirate for passion."

Congratulations to Jan Mareš elected as a board member! A scholar of Central European history, culture and politics. Researcher of issues and Knower of names. Member of the Czech Pirate Party since 2017. Likes personal freedom, digital libraries, and green technologies.

Congratulations to Lukáš Doležal elected as a board member! He joined Czech Pirate Party in 2019 and currently PPCZ's coordinator for Nordic Pirate Parties. He specializes in European politics and is finishing his MSc. degree in European Studies at the University of Gothenburg.

Congratulations to Mia Utz (@mia1755) elected as a board member! Mia is a member of the Pirate Party of Germany. She's a German film translator and voice over author. A candidate of Pankow for German Bundestag & candidate for the Berlin Abgeordnetenhaus all for 2021 elections.

Congratulations to Oliver Herzig (@Exile70860000) elected as a board member! Exile has been a member of the Pirate Parties of Germany, Spain, and Catalonia and has previously been a PPEU board member. More about him at 👉 wiki.piratenpartei.de/Benutzer:Exile.

Congratulations to Pirati (@PiratiIo) for the admission as a new Observer Member! Pirati is a small hub striving to connect associations and people that are involved in topics close to the Pirate movement and its ramifications.

Congratulations to Arndis Gunnarsdottir (@arndisg) from the Pirate Party of Iceland elected to the CoCC! Arndis is a PhD researcher. She's a lawyer with a passion for human rights and international relations. Specialized in freedom of religion, migration and the rule of law.

Congratulations to Etienne Evellin (@AbeEvellin) elected to the CoCC! Etienne is the international coordinator from the Pirate Party of France.

Congratulations to Marco Confalonieri (@f00lme) elected to the CoCC! Marco is member of @partitopirata, @piratpartiet and @PiratiIo and had covered various roles in @partitopirata and @ppinternational. @PiratiIo was also admitted as an Observer Member during the Council Meeting.
