Hi, @curryspcworld.
My friend bought a TV from you in July for her 90yro mum who has terminal cancer, poor mental health and can’t go out. The TV has broken but you won’t exchange it and keep fobbing my friend off. Are you happy to treat a 90yro dying woman this way?
Also, @curryspcworld, this 90yro lady with terminal cancer is recovering from a major operation. She’s bed bound. And as you won’t exchange her 4mth old TV all she can do is stare at the walls. My friend has explained all this and still no one at Curry’s will help sort this out.
Apparently, @curryspcworld, because it’s a @SamsungUK TV, she needs to wait for one of their repairmen to come and fix it (but they don’t know when that will be). Surely, as she bought the TV from you, YOU should exchange it and then YOU should get Samsung to fix the broken one.
Hi, @TeamKnowhowUK,
Looks like it’s you I need to speak to in order to sort out @curryspcworld’s mess. You’re looking REALLY bad here so I’d try and sort this ASAP if I were you. Thanks.
Hi again, @TeamKnowhowUK.
Thought I’d try tweeting you again as you have ignored my tweet from 3 hours ago (though have replied to plenty of people who tweeted you after I did)
Any chance of sorting out your terrible treatment of a 90yro dying woman?
UPDATE.
After back and forth messages, I have been told by Curry’s that they will be delivering a new TV and taking away the faulty one tomorrow. Pity it took publicly shaming them to get a result but at least now a 90yro woman with cancer will have a TV to watch over Christmas.
Thank you SO much to everyone who helped me in telling Curry’s they were behaving appallingly and also to everyone who kindly offered to chip in for a new TV set (and one lovely man who even offered to deliver a TV that had belonged to his dad). Twitter is alright sometimes.

I’ve seen this photo doing the rounds a LOT now, with lots of comments about the stupidity of people etc etc. However, I dug around a bit and I think it’s safe to say it’s just a piss take, judging by what else Zilda Beauty Center has posted.
The beauty centre selling the mesh masks also offers ‘treatments’ such as these (and many others in the same style) which, to me, proves they’re just absolutely taking the piss.
The beauty centre also has this video, amongst others, showing the measures they now have in place for social distancing when hairdressing, which is bloody funny but absolutely can’t be real.
