Verb Technologies is perhaps my favorite investment stock right now, and it also presents some good trading opportunities.
So first, let's dive into what VERB does.
VERB has a few major products with different customer bases.
2/ Verb CRM
This is the bread and butter that has supported VERB so far.
This is a two part tool: First, it allows companies (or solopreneurs of client based businesses) to keep track of their leads and customers. Pretty standard for a CRM.
3/ The second part is where it gets interesting tho. VERB CRM allows you to create interactive videos that you can send to leads and clients.
The interactive videos are seeing a 600-1200% increase in conversion compared to normal video.
4/ Anyone who has ever been in sales knows that this is HUGE.
For context, a company that generated 1,000 clicks might convert at a 1% rate (10 leads). However using interactive video, the conversion would jump to 6-12% (60-120 leads).
Are you starting to see the picture?
5/ This will become standard for sales reps and online lead generation in the future.
6/ Imagine rather than getting a boring LinkedIn message, you are sent a quick video with a tap-able button that takes you directly to the place to sign up / get info / etc.
7/ I made that video and added the links in about 5 minutes. Very effective for prospecting, lead gen, sales, etc.
It's applications in this area are truly incredible.
8/ Ok onto what I think is the bigger value proposition by $VERB - Verb Live
Verb Live taps into ecommerce in an incredible way.
I mentioned before that for the last several years I have been completely immersed in the world of ecom - and this is THE next big thing.
9/ Think about how people get their information online. It used to be lots of words. Then it was less words. Now it's pictures and videos.
People don't want to read a 5 paragraph essay about why your product is amazing.
10/ They don't want to read 5 bullet points about all the neat features you offer. They want an infographic that shows them in 15 seconds why they should buy. They want memes.
11/ Verb Live captures this PERFECTLY
It is live "shoppable entertainment"
Think about what twitch.tv did for the gaming community. It gave gamers a way to come together and interact with their favorite celebs and watch them play video games.
12/ Now, instead of just watching, you can literally BUY the same headset, or the same gaming mouse that they are using - live, while they are gaming.
13/ Currently this is done using affiliate links "in the description below"
Verb Live puts the shoppable buttons on screen, and allows it to be customizable however the host wants.
Now imagine this - Becky is doing her yoga class on Zoom (cuz covid or whatever).
14/ At the beginning of class, her yoga instructor is wearing some super cute leggings from $LULU and Becky wants to buy them. There isn't a way for her to do so.
But. BUT.
15/ If Becky is doing her yoga class on Verb Live - now the yoga instructor can place a shoppable link on the screen while the class is going. Or maybe it's for a new yoga mat. Or yoga blocks.
Ok maybe you aren't into yoga.
16/ Imagine you are a semi-famous college athlete that just signed to play in the NFL. As part of your contract with Nike, you are required to host Verb Live shows once a month and sell Nike shoes while doing a live workout with your fans.
17/ The application of this is massive across all different types of ecommerce.
If you remember, this is literally how $SHOP got so popular. It brought on Kylie Jenner and she pushed her MASSIVE audience into Shopify via her storefront.
18/ Verb Live is the next addition to the changing world of ecommerce.
Alright so enough about building the "dream" of what Verb Live could be.
Time to dig into some financials.
19/ First, it's important to understand that Verb is a SAAS company, and as such typically would receive an 8-12x multiple on revenue as a valuation.
20/ $CRM, for example, did $20B in sales and has a current market cap of $200B
$VERB has $10.4M in sales but a market cap of just $65M right now. Based on traditional SAAS valuations.
21/ $VERB should be at a market cap of $100M to $125M, which would put the share price at 2.9-3.15 per share. $3.15 per share you say? Huh . . . isn't that the coverage that was just initiated on $VERB? Yes, yes it was. And I was telling you this weeks ago.
22/ Ok so that being said, it has 100% upside RIGHT NOW just based on that. However, look at the growth trajectory of $VERB
SAAS revenue was already growing at a very healthy clip. But in 2021 - it will EXPLODE. Why?
23/ $CRM and $MSFT
First, Verb Live and Verb CRM and integrated already in Salesforce. However Verb Live was JUST RELEASED.
24/ This is a HUGE new revenue stream for $VERB
Also, early next year Verb will be integrated into Microsoft outlook, adding another MASSIVE revenue stream as it is chosen as an "add on" to the outlook monthly subscription cost.
25/ There are over 60,000,000 commercial (paying) customers for outlook
Salesforce sports over 150,000 customers, including basically every major company out there.
So to say that Verb Live and Verb CRM are going to be growing wildly in 2021 is an understatement.
26/ To give you an example - say $VERB doubles it's revenue over the next 12 months. That would give it a market cap of $240,000,000 and a share price of $6-7 (which is my PT for VERB in 2021 by the way).
27/ Beyond 2021 I see Verb either going to $50+ over the next 5 years OR being acquired by $MSFT, $CRM, or $SHOP for $20-30/share.
Post thread, because I forgot to mention something:
$VERB was already the future of ecommerce before covid. Covid just accelerated it's adoption curve.
Also they recently acquired a business that adds another area of revenue.
1/ The @stockdweebs analysis I did received significant more attention than I expected and there were a lot of questions about what vWAP is and why it is important.
To recap - Stock Dweebs is the 🐐 when it comes to trading.
2/ I have been a part of several chat rooms, paid and unpaid, and nobody comes close to Dweebs in both win rate AND % profit on plays.
If you aren't already, go follow him and read through his "10 Rules"
Also big thanks to @ArlesGreyDog for doing the legwork. He is the one who originally put the sheet together. I just added my vWAP observations on top of it.
