I apologize for the incorrect communication citing that only 10 students were kidnapped at the science school, Kankara
This communication of numbers was provided by persons that should ideally know. These numbers were seen to conflict with what was available at that time.
Please understand that this communication was in no way done to downplay the seriousness of the situation.
Please accept my sincere apologies on this matter as we continue to move our great Nation Nigeria forward. Thank you.

President Muhammadu Buhari has expressed heartfelt commiserations with the family, friends and associates of Nigeria’s Out-going Ambassador to the United States, Justice Sylvanus Adiewere Nsofor over his demise.
In a telephone call to Jane, the widow of the retired justice in New York on Friday, the President described Amb. Nsofor as “an outstanding judge of rare courage and truth who is not afraid to give justice to whom justice is due.”
Apparently referring to the 2003 presidential election during which Justice Nsofor delivered a minority judgment as a member of the Election Appeal Panel in favour of Gen. Buhari as candidate of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP),...

Fake news industry at work. A certain document showing the transfer of N12,500,000 from the Coffers of the Ogun State to a “PMB Estate” is being circulated to tarnish the image of President Muhammadu Buhari.
The President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) Estate is a large housing scheme in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. It was commissioned by President Buhari in the course of a State visit.
PMB Estate is owned by the Ogun State government, which honoured the President by naming it after him of cause that does not confer the ownership of the Estate to President Buhari.

Today, I found myself leading the trends in the social media for the wrong reasons.
The State of Borno is essentially a military zone up till now that we are talking and much of what people do; much of where they go are governed by the exigencies of security.
Routinely, traders, administration officials and even UN agencies get the green light to go to many of the areas to avoid trouble.
