It's clear Trump was/has never been interested in stopping COVID.

I view the two main reasons Trump allowed the spread of COVID:

1) Increased infections = increased profits
2) Putin ordered Trump to destroy the US from the inside out

Treason & democide mixed w/ profiteering.

Background:

All the information in this thread is based on the video I made and my research back in early-mid April 2020.

It sets up the basic blueprint for how Trump and his allies have profiteered off everything involved in handling a pandemic.

Note: I will expand this thread with updated information soon.

There have been A LOT of updates in the 8 months since I did this video/research, but it is crucial to understand how all the profiteering schemes have worked from the very beginning of the pandemic.

On March 27th 2020, Trump signed in the largest stimulus package in U.S history – a $2 trillion COVID bill. The goal of the stimulus package was to “help” the economic & health issues America would face during the pandemic.

Unsurprisingly Trump & his allies found ways to profit.

Step 1: Eliminate oversight.

Trump signed the stimulus bill on 2 conditions.

1) The Inspector General is not allowed to consult with congress

2) Spending decisions would not be dependent on prior consultation with or the approval of congressional committees.

Step 2: Remove the top IG & replace w/ an ally overseeing the spending of the $2 trillion.

On March 30th Glenn Fine was selected by the head of a council of IGs- the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee w/ access to $80 million to “promote transparency & support oversight”

The thing is - Trump found a loophole that would allow him to remove Glenn Fine so he could replace him with a Trump loyalist – Sean O’Donnel, who was the Inspector General at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to oversee the distribution of the $2 trillion instead.

Already after these 2 steps you already set up EVERYTHING you need to grift off anything involved in the spending of the $2 trillion bill i.e PPP loans, testing, therapeutics & vaccines.

No congressional oversight & a loyal IG let Trump spend the $2 trillion however he wanted.

Step 3: Enact the Defense Production Act (DPA) to eliminate competition (only once shell/friend's companies are set up).

The DPA provides the Fed govt the ability to command which businesses get contracts and under the DPA, a US company MUST sell its products to the U.S govt.

The DPA allows the government to direct private companies to produce goods for them at any time. Through the DPA the government used a number of companies to manufacture the emergency supplies i.e. PPE, ventilators, etc. including companies like 3M, GM’s and Ford.

Although the DPA is great if used appropriately and with oversight however as expected under trump and with no oversight, the DPA allowed Trump to create a monopoly on the production of the bulk of the medical supplies in America.

Step 4: Attack any company that does not play by your rules.

What Trump did next was attack any of the manufactures of coronavirus supplies that didn’t play by his rules.

One example was when Trump PUBLICLY attacked 3M and started a PUBLIC dispute.

Eventually, 3M and the White House came to a “very amicable agreement” that would supply 166 million respirators to the U.S over the next 3 months.

So now these large manufactures are publicly vilified to continue to feed cheap medical supplies to the government.

Step 5: Create further demand for supplies due to scarcity

The Strategic National Stockpile was created in 1999 and stocked important medical supplies such as N95 respirators, gowns, and shields to protect Americans from pandemics.

On the 2nd of April, Kushner stated:

“It's our stockpile, it’s not the state's stockpile”

The reason he said this was to:
1) Limit the availability of supplies DIRECTLY from the Fed Govt to the states

2) Force the states to have to use private distributors for medical supplies

So now you have $2 trillion available with no oversight, large companies producing a massive amount of medical supplies for cheap, and states have limited access to federal supplies.

So what do you do next?

Step: 6 Get trusted allies to create private companies into which you can funnel money into.

In late April, as of recording the video, there was a three-week-old company called Blue Flame Medical LLC founded by Mike Gula through a loan approved by the coronavirus stimulus bill.

In fact, Blue Flame Medical was founded on Monday the 23rd of March, and just 4 days later, they were promoting themselves as the “largest global network of Covid-19 medical suppliers providing healthcare logistics and hard to find medical supplies to beat the outbreak…”

Mike Gula had previously fundraised for a number of Republican senators. In addition to this Mike Gula started Blue Flame with John Thomas who had previously worked as chief strategist for a Republican called Don Sedwick.

In early April 2020, Thomas said in an interview:

“I don't want to overstate, but we probably represent the largest global supply chain for Covid-19 supplies right now.”

When asked how he obtained the sought after masks he said:

“it’s just relationship-based”

This led to the very apt semi-rhetorical question of:

“How does a company suddenly become the largest supplier of Covid-19 supplies in the world in just 4 days?”

Step 7: Sell stockpiles to your allies for cheap.

In this step, you have the federal government sell its stockpiles at reduced prices to new companies run by your friends and allies.

Why are supplies going to private companies to sell to states rather than being directly sold by the government?

To help you understand the WHY from that question. There is also another company that was involved in the distribution of medical supplies called Panthera World Wide LLC.

Panthera worldwide was awarded a NO-BID contract for $55 million worth of N95 masks.

This is where it gets crazy.

FEMA was paying Panthera about $5.50 per mask however, the govt was buying them from companies like 3M for 63 cents each.

It leads to the obvious question of WHY was the Fed gov going through middlemen who were upselling the supplies almost 10 fold

So by using the Defense Production Act, you can create an abundance of cheap medical supplies, then the government sells them to private supply and distribution companies who then sell them for inflated prices to the states.

Step 8: Use taxpayer's money to ship supplies to further reduce costs for private companies.

The federal government used taxpayer's money to ship supplies supplied from China to these brand new companies.

There were more than 20 flights through early April through the private-public partnership called Project Airbridge. This was all occurring while Trump continued to urge states to buy their own medical supplies, which were in short supply across the country.

Summing up step 8:

Tax payer's money was used to cover the shipping costs of the medical supplies to reduce costs for the private distributors and then these supplies were sold to states for inflated prices.

Step 9: Cause a bidding war between states

As NBC news succinctly put it:

“The brutal competition for everything from ventilators to masks to other forms of personal protective equipment comes at a time when scarcity provides lucrative business opportunities in the private sector & power to the deep-pocketed fed govt.”

So rather than buying directly from the Federal Government, the governors were FORCED to buy medical supplies for inflated prices from private companies such as Blue Flame Medical and Panthera World Wide.

However, not only were the SUPPLIES outsourced to the private sector – THE BIDDING for these supplies was also outsourced to private companies.

This “eBay-style” bidding was done through private service companies like the broker Every Anciliary, who played the middleman.

Step 10 – Rapidly distribute the funds to your allies without any oversight.

On April 6th @BharatRamamurti became the first person named to the Congressional Oversight Commission who is supposed to police the massive 2 trillion dollar coronavirus relief bill.

After >9 days, he still remained the sole person appointed to the panel. It was supposed to have 5 members.

Apart from not having any other people on the panel Ramamurti had no colleagues/staff & no office & instead had to rely on his Twitter to communicate with the public

In fact, when I was writing the video (April 19th), Bharat Ramamurti wrote an op-ed for the New York Times which was titled:

“I’m overseeing the coronavirus relief bill. The strings aren’t attached.”

Just a quick update regarding the massive amounts of developments since the video which I will be updating over time:

In good news, @BharatRamamurti appears to finally have a blue tick.

Leslie Stahl of 60 minutes covered Blue Flame & Thomas 8 months after I did.

There were NO consequences for them for any of the fraudulent claims/deals they made or for wasting valuable time for those who needed urgent PPE

Also, Blue Flame still exists.
