Nazi Propaganda Ministry in 1933 got editors & journalists to register with Reich Press Chamber to follow the mandate & instructions handed down by the ministry. The Nazis had editors omit anything “calculated to weaken the strength of the Reich.” The Propaganda Ministry totally+
2.controlled the content of news & editorial pages through daily instructions given by Party propaganda offices. Detailed guidelines were issued on which stories could or could not be reported & how to report any news in country. Journalists or editors who failed to follow these+
3.instructions were fired or, if believed to be harmful to the Reich, sent to concentration camp. Rather than suppressing news, Nazi propaganda apparatus tightly controlled its flow & interpretation. Indian media is similar but far easier to control, they are already radicalised.
