1/ the weirdest presupposition:
>our birth rates are low
>importing different people and melding them to our culture
>will increase *our* birthrate
>while maintaining theirs high birthrate
1/ the society ascribes certain protections and exemptions from manliness to the women.
to a large extent, they are untouchable to warfare, revenge & retribution, personal criminal responsibility is limited - viewed through lens of expected leniency.
2/ the advanced society also ascribes those protections and exemptions for men *in certain select roles* - emissaries, envoys, ambassadors, *representatives*, lawyers.
not so much for *the elders*, no.
3/ having major protections and exemptions for years on end does influence the development of moral character of people in those positions. think your elected representatives or lawyers.
they become insular, self-governing societies, where a lot of guarantees are a given.
