I slowed these images down as best I could. These are miliseconds apart. We can see the blast direcftion and the seen on the street before hand. This wasn't an RV that exploded apparrently. IMO it originated inside the building.
Here is a before and after while the building is still burning. (or technically could be the RV burning) but IMO it came from the building.
This Just In: More angles.

Oh, say can you see by the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight,
O'er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket's red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?
On the shore, dimly seen through the mists of the deep,
Where the foe's haughty host in dread silence reposes,
What is that which the breeze, o'er the towering steep,
As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
