Access to medical care is a right...not a privilege of the few.
Let's stop wasting our tax and paycheck dollars on a bloated inefficient private system that rations our care and cheats us.
The US medical system is not a fair market (try getting multiple price quotes for a medical service). Providers use obfuscation and misinformation to make it nearly impossible to shop as you typically would as a consumer. Reason? PROFIT npr.org/sections/healt…
Folks who are told to fear a national health system because care might be rationed need to realize that care is rationed more in the US than any nation. By denying coverage, making insurance unavailable due to cost or unemployment, or creating fear of surprise medical bills.
