I had a falling out with a friend many years ago, a black girl that I had gone on a few dates with but it never progressed beyond platonic. We were arguing about BLM and she brought up the case of what she called "an unarmed black man being shot by police".
She did not expect me to be familiar with the case and know that the man had been brandishing a hammer.
BLM Toronto really glommed onto this case because it so incredibly rare for police to kill people in Canada.
They love the word "unarmed". They love it so much they use it when it doesn't apply.

Let's talk about genetics, population gaps and "sexual preference" for a second. Supposedly, this term is offensive because gays are "born this way", right?
And since black men are 50% more likely to be gay than whites (4.6% of population vs 3.2%$ of populaton)..
Blacks must have "gayer" genes, right? But what is the basis for "born this way"? The scientific evidence is not that strong. Certainly, it is not as strong as the evidence for the genetic influence on intelligence...
Yet, the idea that genetics play a role in the B/W IQ gap is one of the most controversial ideas you can possibly espouse. Pretty sure it's the reason my YouTube channel is completely demonetized.
