This doesn't go well with The Mandalorian Committee for Rebranding and after the Committee's co-chairman,
4/11 Paz Vizsla nearly vaporizing the planning team of the agency, they inform the agency that they need some idea which doesn't demand disrupting the foundation of the zealot sect of The Mandalorians, yet attracts foundlings in considerable numbers.

5/11 agency planning team brainstorms for 2 full weeks on live calls despite working from different planets. Finally, a young intern hits upon a bountiful idea. The intern was keenly looking at the smaller, lesser focused aspects of the Mandalorian creed, while the seniors were
6/11 focused on the big picture, as much as their stratospheric billing rates would allow.
The intern observed that while 'This is the Way' was very dear to the creed, and this zealot sect, in particular, foundlings weren't that fond of it. They found it to be rather staid and
7/11 outdated. She suggested to the agency leads that they recommend a change in the phrase without diluting the essence of its meaning.
The intern's recommendation was simple yet incredibly creative. To demonstrate the impact, the entire agency team was at the Mandalorian HQ.
8/11 The agency head presents the complete background and market research using 527 Saber Point slides and finally comes to the big idea.
She tells the Armorer that she was going to reveal the new line to her through a note. The Armorer has to read it aloud and observe the
9/11 reaction from fellow Mandalorians.
The note is passed on to the Armorer, and she opens it. She seems visibly dismayed as if weighing the seeming lack of a major difference or improvement.
10/11 Still, she anyway reads it aloud: "That's the Way".
Immediately, almost all the Mandalorians present in the room reply in a chorus, "Aha aha".
Instinctively, The Armorer responds, "I like it".
Now the agency team and The Mandalorians together respond, "That's the Way".
