4/ For the last few weeks on @TheLeadCNN we’ve been bringing stories from the frontlines of the hunger crisis in the US exacerbated by the COVID19 pandemic. All are affiliated with @FeedingAmerica
5/ Our friend @KFILE lost his darling daughter Francesca to ATRT, a rare and aggressive brain tumor typically seen in children under the age of 3. You can help fund pediatric oncology and ATRT research at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute here:
It was always just a question as to which one of the 2024 hopefuls was going to be first to sign up in any way for the president’s campaign to undermine confidence in the election and overturn the results. Cruz said he would argue the Tx AG case in SCOTUS, and here’s Hawley.
2/ Election boards, judges, courts, the DOJ, DHS and other authorities have found zero evidence of election malfeasance that impacted President-elect Biden’s decisive win. The US Supreme Court has declined to intervene. The lawsuits have largely been a joke.
3/ The “concerns” that Republicans refer to are ones that GOP voters have because the president, his team, and MAGA media have been lying to them about the election for months. One solution might be for GOP officeholders to stop the lying and the silence about the lying.
Just a reminder of the crimes committed by just-pardoned Charles Kushner:
Kushner was giving illegal campaign contributions to Democrats.
William Schulder, the husband of Charles’ sister Esther, came to the office of US Attorney @ChrisChristie with info about this.
2/ In the midst of that investigation in which Schulder and his wife Esther were cooperating, Charles Kushner hired a prostitute to seduce his brother-in-law. He filmed it, and had the tape mailed to his sister on the day of her son’s engagement party.
3/ Charles Kushner pleaded guilty to 18 counts of witness tampering, tax evasion, and illegal campaign contributions.

From @jmhansler: The Trump administration on Monday identified and sanctioned two senior Iranian intelligence officials who the US government says were involved in the abduction and "probable death" of former FBI agent Robert Levinson. 1/
2/ Mohammad Baseri and Ahmad Khazai, officers from Iran's Ministry of Intelligence and Security, had "direct involvement in the abduction, detention and probable death" of Levinson, per sr officials.
The action comes nearly 14 years after Levinson disappeared in Iran.
3/ From Robert Levinson's family:
“Robert Levinson will never come home to his family alive because of the cruel, cynical and inhumane actions of the Iranian authorities. Because of these men and others like them, our wonderful husband, father and grandfather died alone,...
After an election that respected election officials from both parties say went very well with no evidence of widespread fraud...
... in an election where Republicans generally did very well except for the top of the ticket with a historically unpopular president...
2/ ... the president, distraught, lies and spreads deranged conspiracy theories about the election and software, and attacks GOP officials for abiding by the law...
while raising hundreds of millions for his “legal defense” — though 75% of the money need not be spent that way..
3/ .... and court after court, official after official, many GOPers or appointed by GOPers, rule against these efforts to overturn the election because there is no real evidence of problems...
...while the lawyers for this effort behave, shall we say, erratically...
