A thread drawing on two key sources of information & earlier threads about #Antrim County's "glitch" - its very significant Election Night miscount of the presidential race.

The sources: A @VoterGa affidavit (voterga.files.wordpress.com/2020/12/domini…) and a presentation ().
(By the way, Garland Favorito gave his own excellent presentation in the same linked 12/30/20 Georgia Senate subcommittee hearing. In the process, Favorito pointedly demolished a @USATODAY "fact check" and corrected another @LeadStoriesCom "fact check" about Georgia's election.)
Since 11/7/20, @MichSoS Benson's been asserting, with underlining emphasizing her words (web.archive.org/web/2020111621…), that “all tabulators counted ballots correctly” in Antrim's 16 precincts (& 2 absentee-ballot scanning locations). But that is not the truth:
On 12/13, @MichSoS Director of Elections Jonathan Brater, in a sworn court filing (web.archive.org/web/*/https://…), belatedly specified that Mancelona & Warner Townships each updated their ballot-definition files in October.

What did Central Lake Township () do?
As linked above, #Antrim County, Michigan Clerk Sheryl Guy, in written & oral testimony to the Michigan Senate on 11/19/20, stated that only 3 of the county's 16 precincts needed post-September tabulator ballot-design updates before the 11/3 election. Brater accounted for 2 of 3.
Brater’s declaration states that Antrim County’s “corrected official election results” weren’t received by the state until November 21.

Astonishingly, @MichSoS seemingly didn't learn that Central Lake Twp's 11/3 tabulator poll-tape numbers were “bad” until ASOG’s #Antrim visits.
After 11/6 () & before 11/22 (antrimcounty.org/downloads/offi…) #Antrim found 559 presidential votes to add to Central Lake Twp’s tally alone. Yet @MichSoS asserted on 11/7 that the ballot-definition file issues identified by ElectionSource had been “quickly fixed.”
Unlike Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG), the experienced Garland Favorito of @VoterGa did not get distracted by a Dominion digital-adjudication module that #Antrim did not own or use. Instead, in his 12/6 affidavit Favorito used his experience to analyze Antrim's "glitch."
Favorito was able to home in on his point, because he already knew that Dominion's EMSystem has the sort of vulnerability that @LyndaMick's team described. Specifically, unofficial machine-tallied counts can be intercepted & changed using a County's central Dominion-RTR software.
And Favorito made a very interesting educated guess (Affidavit, #24) - to add to unmeasured effects on down-ballot races & the magnitude () of #Antrim's admitted error.

Were votes for *all* presidential candidates impacted, or only votes for Trump & Biden?
Due to new ASOG evidence (), it appears that Mancelona Township, Precinct 2 (whose tabulator ballot-definition file matched the updated 10/22 EMS file) has exactly the same count for *all* 6 presidential candidates on 11/3 & 11/21 (antrimcounty.org/downloads/offi…).
In Central Lake Township (rescanned 11/6: ), 559 presidential votes were added sometime after 11/6 & before 11/22. 550 were Biden or Trump votes.

Among the other four candidates, Jorgensen's post-11/6 votes doubled to 16, & another candidate gained 1 vote.
Brater's 12/13 declaration (web.archive.org/web/2020121422…) says "...the Bureau of Elections has not reviewed the issue in Central Lake Township..."

Favorito's affidavit (voterga.files.wordpress.com/2020/12/domini…) suggests ballot-design errors would "mis-align" votes among *all* presidential candidates.
I've finally seen the Bailey complaint in Antrim County: bloximages.chicago2.vip.townnews.com/record-eagle.c…

It contains portions of both the early 11/4 (that is, Election Day's) Statement of Votes Cast (SOVC), as Exhibit 3, and the 11/5 SOVC, as Exhibit 4. #Antrim's removed both those files from its site.
I also watched the 1/26/21 MI Senate Oversight Committee hearing with two representatives of ES&S (misenate.viebit.com/player.php?has…), and was surprised to hear Chair @SenEdMcBroom repeat the SoS's claim that *all* Antrim poll tapes were accurate on Election Day, @LanaTheis & @RepMattHall.
McBroom's statement evidently means that either the photographs showing 11/3 & 11/6 Central Lake Township poll tapes (in this thread: ) are not the authentic poll tapes of that township's unofficial results, or that the Senate's never seen those poll tapes.
Given that MI Director of Elections Brater told a court 12/13 that his office had not reviewed the Central Lake Township issue, it seems important for legislators to do so, @SenEdMcBroom/@RepMattHall.

Particularly given the discrepancies between *3* SOVC counts & the poll tapes.
To elaborate: The Central Lake Township (Precinct 1) votes for Biden & Trump listed in the Election Day, November 5, & November 21 SOVCs vary by *2* votes.

Yet the ASOG-obtained Central Lake poll tapes for both 11/3 & 11/6's rescan list only 62% of the SOVC counts for each man.
The 11/21 Statement of Votes Cast in Antrim County, MI lists the official, certified results for the 11/3/20 election. The hand-count of Central Lake Twp. matched the 11/21 SOVC, and thus it too lists 38% more votes for Biden, and for Trump, than the ASOG-photographed poll tapes.
Per the poll tapes, Central Lake's presidential counts on Election Day (with 9/25 ballot-definition software?) & after the 11/6 re-scan of its ballots (with updated 10/22 software?) varied by *1* vote across all 6 candidates. But any 11/6 update did change some down-ballot races.
The MI ES&S representative, at the hearing linked above, stated that if a flash or thumb-drive containing results tabulated in a different ballot-definition file, than that on the central Election Management Sytem, was inserted into an ES&S EMS, an "error" message would appear.
