Let's talk about "Taboo"! Yep, menstural taboos and how backward we are who follows them. It's just a blind practise, they didn't have sanitary napkins back then. There was no way to maintain hygiene, that's why women were made to sit separately. It's not relevant in today's day
& age... How many such explanations have we heard from the so-called modern men and women who think they follow the path of science and give no merit to the age-old traditions followed during the menstural cycles. I have been following all the traditions to the best of
my abilities as I saw a direct impact on my child's health. I have had challenges in getting food, but thanks to my husband, 95% of the times he has been able to double up at home along with his work. For the other 5% we have used dubba services, Swiggy, Zomato, et al.
Our child who was barely 5 has asked me about how I know that I got my periods, do I become a vampire to suck energies from others? I had my own decent enough explanations (can detail if needed) and got through them. I have tried talking to my friends about this without any
scientific evidence and have always lost the battle, they cook, clean and run through their day like anyother and call it "woman power". It often beats me to understand why woman have to prove their power (topic for another day).
But for now, I am in love with @sinujoseph, after listening to her on @CenterforIndicStudies about her book on #RituVidya. She has busted every myth and showed how scientific it is to follow our traditions around Menstural cycles.
I am infact on the look out for Dharba mat for my asan and bedding in the night after listening to her.
This video is long, but a must for every man and woman to understand how they both get affected. It is must to educate young girls on what really gives them good health!
Please like and share with as many people as possible. Thank you @sinujoseph ma'am, I hope atleast 10% of the population shifts their thought process and start looking internally! @NarenMenon1@anuradhagoyal@bharadwajseeks

I request everyone to chant Vijaya Panchagam which was a war cry in Lanka. After Hanuman met Sita and decided to destroy Lanka and create fear in Ravana and his rakshasa kingdom, He recited these verses aloud & the kingdom of Lanka trembled in fear. Today we need that Hanuman
to come and protect His Lord Rama, He needs to protect all the temples, He will have to give us strength to take the legal course and punish the miscreants in such a way that, the faith in sanathanis grow stronger and nobody will ever dare to even dream of destroying our temples.
"JayathYathibalo RamaHa, Lakshmanascha MahabalaHa,
Raja Jayati SugreevaHa Raghavenabhi paalithaHa"
May there be victory to Rama, and the powerful Lakshmana. Victory to King Sugriva who is in the protection of Lord Rama.
