INSURRECTION PROSECUTION THREAD:
1. It will be a travesty if the only people prosecuted are people who went inside the building. The ringleaders and organizers directing must be prosecuted for conspiracy, including people inside law enforcement agencies and the WH... Image
2. Any plea agreement must require full cooperation and testimony against these ringleaders and co-conspirators.

3. Fed Court is not televised. The DC Circuit should make an exception here. The guilty pleas, statements of fact, and begging for mercy must be televised.
4. Joe Biden and Merrick Garland must have the will to take the investigation wherever it leads, without exception. Calls for “healing” and “reconciliation” must be ignored and set aside until everyone who is culpable has been brought to justice.
