He said, already the Madurai Bench has taken up this matter and directed the @CMOTamilNadu to file reply & posted the matter to 11th of January.

Staying the operation of GO.Ms.No.001, Revenue and Disaster Management (DM-IV) Department, dated 04.01.2021, ”until further orders”, the First Bench of the Madras HC, tagged the matter along with the PIL in Madurai. 5/n
Hon’ble the CJ of Madras, HC said, this order is passed in spite of an order already passed in this regard by the Madurai Bench. 6/n
Senior Counsel Sathish Parasaran will appear on behalf of the petitioner PS Prabhu, when the matter will be taken up by Hon’ble Justice MM Sundaresh and Justice Anandhi at the Madurai Bench of Madras HC. 7/n
