I was going to talk about hearing God's voice later, but since I can't depend on being here from minute to minute, I will talk about it now
When I thought about it earlier, and how I would present it, the Holy Spirit reminded me of this.
"To whom much is given, much is required"
So I begin with a warning.
If you beg to hear God's Voice.
And you want more.
He will require more of you.
It is not always convenient.
There are times that God would give me a message, and I didn't want to speak for Him.
I knew it often made me look a bit crazy.
And sometimes I wanted to look normal.
So there is your warning. :)
You don't have to be perfect, or "saintly" to hear His Voice.
I first heard him when I was young and in a bad relationship.
I was certainly not living saintly at the time.
I was begging Him for something, and He told me "No" three times.
It wasn't until a few years later that I heard Him again.
I was asking for a sign or message from Him, because I had to make a difficult decision.
He gave me 2 Bible verses. He said the book and number.
I was shocked when I looked them up.
(story 4 another time)
I did not hear from Him again...for many years. (or at least to the best of my memory)
I began hearing Him again, and recorded the messages on a computer.
At that time, He called me a "Listener".
But he said there were many listeners.
I can't even identify why I began hearing His Voice again.
Maybe I just needed help so bad, that I was willing and open to listen.
Maybe He had always talked to me, but I never paid attention before.
I knew saying that "I heard God say..." would sound crazy, and I tried to find a reason to justify it.
I found it is His Word.
Jesus said, "my sheep hear my voice".
And in Jeremiah, it says "Call to me and I will answer you".
So scripturally, it was sound.
One thing that I found interesting is that I believe it is really the Holy Spirit speaking.
Since He is called the Guide, Comforter, Teacher etc...it makes sense that He is the one speaking.
I don't hear with my outer ears.
It must be the receptor mechanism that is in the soul.
I remember years ago, being confused about the mind, body and spirit...I did a lot of reading on this subject...trying to figure out the difference between the spirit and soul.
It wasn't until around 2018/19 that the HS began giving me specifics about the soul.
The things He told me were things that I have never read about the human soul.
He knew I was interested, but in retrospect...I think He was interested in teaching about it.
He does have a plan for us.
And He is the Teacher.
Since we are all different/unique with different Life Plans, He is not going to teach us all in the same things.
He teaches us what we need for our own Life Plan.
But I love when someone else hears a similar message.
He also likes to give verification that it is from Him.
The Holy Spirit told me weeks ago, "The next time it snows, I am giving you a prophetic message"
Well, it has snowed all day.
I am waiting for His message :)
Last time it snowed (2 years ago) He gave me a prophecy about a baby.
If it is a prophecy word that I am allowed to share, I will share it.
If not...well...
Btw, I am not a prophet or prophetess. I am a Listener.
Also I want to add, that the Holy Spirit is very honorable and does not give me personal information about people.
He sometimes gives me general information.
He doesn't expose other's secret sins....etc ...to me.
LOL
I just remembered why I wanted to write about hearing the Holy Spirit (belatedly)
The reason was to reassure you that you don't need to count on another person's voice.
You have an internal receptor too.
I think every soul is born with one. ;)

I don't know how long I will be here, but I was remembering a family devotion my husband did with the kids when they were young.
It was an example about saying goodbye.
My husband told the kids "if I was going away..
My husband said "If I was going away...would the last thing that I told you would be take out the garbage?"
He was talking about Jesus going back to the Father.
The last message Jesus gave His followers was much more important.
Can be found in book of Mark.
"Go into all the world, and preach the gospel to all creation".
These signs will follow those who believe...
I had a few Christmas stories that I thought of telling.
I thought of the one about Rocky de Blood with a Teardrop, a homeless lady that my husband picked up on the on-ramp.
Or the story about the Miracle Christmas.
But I think instead I will talk about my Quantum Christmas 🎄
In 2017, I was feeling dejected that our old tradition of getting a Christmas tree for our wedding anniversary was once again forgotten.
We really had so few traditions, that I considered it important.
In practicality, there wasn't room for a tree.
I decided to buy some large tropical plants instead. And decorate them.
But God had something better for me...which would teach me something I never knew before.
He was going to teach me Quantum Praying.
This morning I would like to do a critical thinking piece on Q, answering a question someone had this morning. 1. What if nothing biblical happens? 2. What if we have been duped?
This will just be my point of views...with very little facts.
Because of a convo with my son (who doesn't believe anything about Q) I want to talk about Q.
My son presented the possibility that Q is some person in a basement with a computer.
Of course, I don't believe that. But what do I believe about Q? And what if I am wrong?
The Q team was presented as the greatest military intelligence operation in history.
But if that is true...it is also one of the greatest pysops (psychological operations) in history.
I say that because it used words, and actions to motivate millions to think in a new way.
