Now that Supreme Court will suspend @narendramodi farm laws till a panel it sets up decides the way forward, what are other laws -- including tax ones -- we can get suspended?
Just keep in mind that, to be successful, we need to b able to gherao capital, so need tractors, etc

If agitating Punjab farmers don't go back home once SC suspends @narendramodi farm laws,will SC ask its police to force them out of Delhi? Oh wait, SC doesn't have its own police force!
& if farmers or govt don't agree to panel reccos? Will India be run by SC's panels now?

CJI Bobde needs to call @capt_amarinder @RahulGandhi to ask why @INCIndia removed fruits and vegetables from ambit of APMC when UPA was in power if they felt APMC mandis were so pro-farmer
CJI needs to ask Cong why its manifesto spoke of abolishing APMC monopoly

Judges need to introspect, to see if their job is to look at constitutionality of a law or to see if whether there is enough visible support for it. If it is the latter, SC is encouraging mobs to demonstrate their strength in the way Punjab's farmers have

4/n To cite ongoing case of AGR dues in SC,apart from various flaws in ruling that I have argued extensively,SC didn't even hear petitions that pointed to huge calculation mistakes in Deptt of Telecom order
DoT order even said calculation was PRELIMINARY,but SC said it was FINAL

A bit embarassing for SC and others who feel @narendramodi laws were rushed, there was no consultation etc

Since the general belief seems to be that the Centre has no business to interfere in agriculture which is a state subject, perhaps it's time to wind up the MSP @narendramodi ?

One petition before SC challenged 3rd amendment to the Constitution in 1954 (!) that allowed Centre to legislate on a subject in the State list
That's how absurd the challenges were
BTW,SC found no constitutional infirmity--only then should it intervene--yet it stayed the laws🤬
