At INSA talk, @RGB_Lights says Solar Winds hack "is a significant compromise."
Joyce, now the NSA liason in London, notes that the UK has one cyber defense entity under the GCHQ, while the US divides defense between NSA and CISA.
"They took their expertise talent and capabilities and are using the GC HQ platform to to do National Cybersecurity to include critical infrastructure, all the way down to citizen facing services. We've divided the pie."
In response to another question @RGB_Lights says the US system is not optimized. Suggests there is not enough partnership in the US between industry and government. UK does a better job he says.
