"I know it can get a little complicated when we try to understand what we are eligible for and what we can afford," says Jessica Sanchez, a health insurance navigator in Prince George's County, through @MarylandConnect.
The deadline to sign up for @DCHealthLink is January 31st. "All you need is residency to enroll," says @DCHealthLink's executive director, Mila Kofman.
"I think there's a lot of work that has to be done in terms of health care in our country ... whether it's a private or a public solution," says @NeighborhoodHth's @basimkhan.
"The way that we differentiate these plans is we'll see the difference between the deductibles," meaning what you pay out of pocket before the insurance company starts to pay, says navigator Jessica Sanchez with Prince George’s County Health Connect.
"In health care, trust can be built through long-term relationships with people ... in the sense that you've been there and will continue to be there," says @NeighborhoodHth's @basimkhan.
“Radio stations such as ours and a talk show such as mine can at the very least get people talking who would not normally be talking with one another.”
