Caller says a juvenile is actively being attacked by a pit bull. OPD expediting. @NEHumaneSociety enroute.

Caller says the dog is still not letting go. Dog is now biting the victims chest.
Officers requesting a command officer respond. OFD cleared into the scene.
M34 enroute to Nebraska Medicine Code 2 TCC with a 17 y/o female with severe bite wounds to the leg. The victim said the dog was latched onto her leg for around 10 minutes.
