@lagossubeb, in collaboration with Universal Basic Education Commission, UBEC, has organised a five-day training for Headteachers and Support Officers of some selected Public Primary Schools on a model to ensure improved pedagogy and effective management in the schools. #LASG
The training, which commenced on January 5, 2021, at six centres across the State, is aimed at improving on the former "cascade model" which used the train-the-trainer approach where only the headteachers of schools were trained in order to cascade the training to other teachers.
