Ok let’s flip the script. Every alleged “conservative” and Republican insisting 2020 election was legit is defending this (a partial list):

• Majority mail-in ballot elections as new norm

• Unelected partisans such as PA SOS, WI Election Commission breaking election law...
• Extending Election Day both way before and beyond the constitutional set date

• Absentee ballots send to every registered voter, requested or not

• Large public unsecure events to collect absentee ballots like Wisconsin’s Democracy in the Park

•Voters claiming to be “indefinitely confined” allowed to vote outside usual process

Lindsey Graham now demanding a special task force to investigate the breach of the Capitol. "Sedition might be a charge for some of these people." Anyone who dared to sit in a chair belonging to lawmaker will be "sitting in jail." He will demand weekly updates from DOJ on...
these "domestic terrorists." Graham said this is "a moment for the nation to show will and determination to be a nation of laws, that anarchy shall not reign, that the Constitution controls, not the mob."
Graham claims all of Trump's accomplishments were "tarnished by yesterday. His actions were the problem not the solution. The rally was unseemly (!?), it got out of hand, and Rudy Giuliani did not help." Says the 25th Amendment isn't appropriate "at this point."

If you’re looking for one report that dismantles every “mitigation strategy” the experts have pushed for nearly a year, here it is. People have been confined to households, which is by far the biggest vector for spread especially between spouses... jamanetwork.com/journals/jaman…

“Modeling studies demonstrated that household transmission had a greater relative contribution to the basic reproductive number after social distancing (30%-55%) than before social distancing (5%-35%)”

Staying 6 feet apart, author conclude, not possible in home settings.
This jibes with other studies showing asymptomatic spread isn’t a thing: cases. “Estimated mean household secondary attack rate from symptomatic index cases (18.0%; 95% CI, 14.2%-22.1%) was significantly higher than from asymptomatic or presymptomatic index cases (0.7%; 95% CI).”
