If the higher judiciary fails to take up suo motu action against Gurumurthy, people will lose complete faith in the judiciary. The onus is on the Lordships to prove that they indeed follow the Constitution. 4/n
Tada J Rahim, cautions the judiciary that if they fail to take up suo moto contempt against the said Mylapore Broker, the Indian National League will conduct a “bangle wearing agitation to Judges”.
