Even a CONVERSATION about paying a living wage is causing a lot of people to reveal how much they secretly love exploitation.

I’m all for this and this is why the political debate needs to include aspirational discourse. There are so many people who, like corporations, understand they have to pay lipservice to human dignity and progressive ideals in order to continue in power.

Let’s find out who’s who.

Let’s talk about living wages and universal healthcare and student debt forgiveness and free education.

Let’s see who believes in a better world and who has made it part of their personal brand to seem progressive while undermining reform at every turn.

Conservatives masquerading as liberals have made fortunes and built careers off hiding in progressive circles while pushing for centrism.

Quit being afraid of boldness, because it’s actually quite popular and at least you’re going to find out who these people are.

For decades now the Left has limited itself to appeals to fictional “centrist” voters who are just stand-ins for racist, exploitative capitalism.

Truth is that progressivism is incredibly popular when it’s not kneecapped by people in the Left depending on exploitation.

If you find yourself questioning reforms that might benefit other people and your concern is that it might make your life a little less comfortable or that you might not get anything immediately in return...it’s time to take a long look in the mirror.
